What is QR & Barcode Scanner?
A scanner built on the browser's BarcodeDetector API that reads QR codes and common barcodes from your device camera or an uploaded image. Decoding happens entirely on-device โ no photo or scan result leaves the browser, and there is no server round-trip. Point the camera at a code or pick an image file; the decoded text appears with copy and open-link actions. BarcodeDetector is a Chromium-only API, so browsers without it show a clear unsupported notice.
