What is Sudoku?

Classic 9×9 Sudoku rebuilt with a synthwave terminal aesthetic. A backtracking generator guarantees exactly one solution at four difficulties (easy → expert); pencil-mark notes, peer + same-number highlighting, live conflict detection, three mistakes before game over, and up to three hints. Best completion times per difficulty are saved on-device. Keyboard, mouse, and touch all work. No installs, no signup, no analytics — the puzzle generation and solving all run locally in your browser, and it works offline once the page loads.
